For certain features to work, Wither Bot needs to store some data about how you use it:
- Wither Bot temporarily logs every command you use, including which command was run, who ran it, and on which server.
- The IDs of the servers Wither Bot is added to, and of the users who interact with it, are logged permanently. This is used to keep track of the total number of servers and users Wither Bot has ever reached.
- Strikes, warnings, mutes and bans created with the moderation commands are stored until their expiry date. If no expiry is set, they are stored permanently.
- The bot's maintainer (M336) may access the database when necessary, for example to troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, or retrieve non-public information. This access will never be misused or used with malicious intent.
